I know that this month gets really hectic, and it is so easy to let exercising take a back seat. I would like to challenge us to simply doing 6 O's a week for all of December. I think it will help me to stay focused on my goal of losing this weight. Don't forget drinking our water!
Will you join me. Just think how great our calendars will look! Sharon |

I can't give up my walking! and you know I had problems with me O's....so do you think I could join the challenge by doing MY O's everyday? It won't be 3 segments but it will be at least 1.

Sharon and Jeans....glad you are with me as well! Am going to try posting daily, starting tomorrow [Monday]. This is sunday and that is a day off Blessed First Sunday of Advent to one and all! |

I promise to do the best I can, although my November calendar didn't look so hot. I counted my days and they were only half full. I am going to try to do 2 a day as many days as I can b/c I know with the holidays etc that I am going to miss some days! Thanks everyone for being here.

I'm in too!
I've been consistently doing O! 6 days a week, and maybe this'll keep me honest during the holidays. I think Oxycising helped get rid of that bloated feeling after Turkey day, so I plan on Oxycising through the upcoming holidays. We're staying at a place with a TV & player before the New Year, so it'll be no prob to O! there. Not so sure what I'll do at my in-laws house during Christmas...it'll be a full house with lots of teens and I don't feel like huff'n & puff'n in the middle of that! I'll figure something out though... Good Luck to all! Alex |

I'm in for the challenge. I'm trying to watch my food too. This is the time where I would normally let loose, eat wathever, which would result in 10 lb gain by the January. Not gona hapen this time. Even if I don't lose any weight, at least I want to stay the same, and I know that, if I do my O every day, it's doable.

Alex I can just imagine what the teens might do if they heard and saw you huffing and puffing Ella, I'm with you in watching what I eat. Messed up big time yesterday, but determined that the rest of this week will do better. Lin, here's a big <congratulations hug> because you got in 1/2 a month of o in Nov. Think you could have just given up and not gotten in any. Remember, you are getting stronger and healthier every day. I like the idea of colorful balloons. Think each one means YOU DID IT!! Sharon |
