Hi Everyone! I've been off to a rough start with the O! I got started great, but kinda slacked the last part of the week. My mom went in the hospital so I was off to spend the evenings with her after work. She's now back home, so its time for me to get back on it. I thought the best way to get on track is to post goals, and with everyone's encouragement I can stay on track.
My weight was always between 110-115 at a size 5 until about 5 years ago. After a time of depression and meds for it, I gained 20 lbs. and no matter what I've tried I've been unable to lose them. So, after reading all the posts (and the magazine) I decided to give this a try. I can see so many more benefits to Oxycise!! I weighed in and took measurements, and vow to stay on track this week. Will keep you posted, and will post on D2L as much as possible. Time is limited on the computer as a single mom and working full time. |

Denisa, Starting over again and getting right back on track is better than just throwing in the towel and quitting. Remember, even if you miss a day just start over the next day. No biggie. Good luck. I am sure you will learn to love Oxycise and you will feel so much better while doing it that you will hate to miss doing it.

Denisa it is the end of May and I am hoping you are still Oxycising! your little heart away. I know how tough it is with ill loved ones but I would like to say it is especially important to take care of yourself at this time. 15 min in the morning will get your workout in and take care of yourself. Studies show that people who do their exercising in the morning are the people who are the most successful!
