Today, November 1st, is a great day to recommit if you've fallen off the O-wagon, or if your eating habits have fallen apart. I challenge you to THINK about EVERY morsel you put into your mouth. Make sure it's something that's really good for you, okay? Lets do our Oxycise! with GUSTO this month, at least 5 times per week. Really tighten those abs and those buns and feel the burn!!!
We'll even be good on Thanksgiving Day because we'll be so thankful to be feeling so much better! |

Okay Susanna - I'm in. I got my new stickers for November. But man if I tighten my abs, thighs or buns any more, they will really be screaming. They are talking back to me now after doing O twice a day for so long, but I am going to try to continue to do it twice a day again too. I really do like the results!

I had already been thinking about doing O with more gusto. Especially since I was one of the one's who fell off last month. Getting new start stickers for this month. Thanks for keeping me accountable Sharon |

Hi, fellow challengees--
I'm in for the November challenge, a little late. I think I'll do what someone else did (Lin, perhaps?) by doing extra some days to make up for the early days I missed. I really need to pay attention to the food, that has been especially bad the past week and a half or so. I need to get back to writing it all down. That helps enormously. --Phyllis |
