It's TIME to get my act together, so I'm issuing a challenge and this time I've GOT to stick with it!!! I'm going to use the chi machine, and do one O workout per day for six days a week. I'm also going to be more careful how much snacking I allow myself, though I definitely have to snack sometimes. At least I think I do! It wouldn't hurt to be more careful how much I eat at meals, either.
Tammy's doing two workouts per day, so take your pick, but join us for your own personal program, and post often!!! WE NEED EACH OTHER!!! |

I see that Susanna's beat me to the challenge punch... or is it kick... LOL!! Yep -- 2 workouts per day for me for the month of June -- one workout in the morning, one in the evening. Who's with me? We can SO do this! Cheers, |
