Hello all! Smile I am new to this board.

I 'dusted' off my old tapes, and am ready to start a new. I sincerely do not know why/how I gained 35+ pounds last year.

I then became depressed because of it, felt like what it is the use
and felt "woe is me" well it is spring time
and new life is coming to ( I'm in fl, and baby birds are walking on my grass,it is getting warmer) anyways, I need to be 'springing' into some kind of action

I have so much celluite on my thighs Frown
and I have at least 35 pounds I would love to loose in the next handful of months.

I am looking forward to support, positive motivation and of course to oxycise.

I remember when I did it some time ago, I remember feeling so much better, that was the first thing and it happened quickly!

everyone have a healthy happy day!

Hi Shanti... Welcome to the message board!

Just the fact that Oxycise makes me feel so good is the main reason I don't think I'll ever stop doing it. I'm glad you've decided to come back....afterall, you know the benefits!

Come join us in the D2L (determined to lose) thread each day. You'll find lots of support and encouragement there.

See you there!

Hi All, I know I'll sound like an echo here...but I have also dusted off my Oxycise tapes and have to re-lose the extra weight I've put back on. Why oh why do we stop? Roll Eyes I'd forgotten how good it feels to do these exercises and how good I feel afterwards. I'm hoping to have quick results as my youngest son is getting married the end of May, and I really want to look good out on the dance floor. I know I won't reach my goal by then...but I'll have a good start. Is it a common practice to do these routines more than once a day? Pam

Hi Pam!

Welcome to the board! It's just a matter of personal choice how many times a day you Oxycise. I can't seem to get it done more than once a day. I had good results anyway.

Best wishes to you!

Hi Pam! It's good to have you back, too! I only do my O! once a day, but I know several folks do two routines a day. Just be consistent in doing it at least once a day, 5 days a week (in my opinion). I've always done it 6 days a week with one day to rest.

Hope to see you in the D2L thread!

SmileHello from me too and welcome back. I stopped doing O! for a few weeks and I look it.

I could kick Frown myself for just missing those few short weeks. I look terrible.

Now that we know what's good for us...lets keep the encouragement going. See you all on the daily thread.

Just look in the "Daily Support & Accountability" section of the board and most every day you'll see a thread with "D2L" in the subject. On the weekend there's usually just one thread for both days. I've already started the thread for today....you should see it!

Hi: I'm Cathey from Arkansas. I'm new to this board. I've only been o'ing for 3 months now. It's a struggle. I'm determine to reach my goal. Haven't lost weight yet, but my stomach is rounder, my butt is higher, (laugh) I feel better now. I feel bad when I don't exercise. i work out first thing in the a.m before getting ready for work. I'm sticking with it, I have nothing else to loose.

Hi Cathey! I welcomed you in another thread, but thought I'd say "hello" here, too, since this is where you introduced yourself.

Hope to see you posting in the D2L (determined to lose) thread with us on a regular basis. You'll get lots of support and encouragement there!
