Warm weather is just around the corner!
How about picking something from your closet that doesn't quite fit the way you want it to yet and use it as an incentive for this month. Put it at the front of your closet, hang it in your bedroom, or put it anywhere that you'll see it every day. Don't just look at it, though! Let it inspire you to try and get in six (6) Oxycise! workouts each week!! Do them with gusto!! Maybe by the end of the month that item just might fit like you want it to!! |

Great challenge, Kelly! I have a neat little black sheath that I wore for our oldest DS's wedding. I always feel really slender when I wear it.

I will participate, Kelly. I have had the Oxysize DVDs for awhile and keep putting off exercise--which is why I look like a balloon. I'll be willing to join the challenge in April also.
