I'm glad various people keep writing that this is what is happening with oxycise. I am in my second week and still only doing the Day 1 routine which I do not find easy. I am waiting for the tapes and maybe I will see how practice can make this jerky, graceless bellowing Big Grin into something I can see doing for a long time.

BUT...it is certainly making inner changes. I feel as though my whole system is destabilizing. Last week I had some days of detoxing and it happened again yesterday. Yesterday I had physical therapy on my arm with some deep tissue massage and myofacial release. A bunch of toxins were released and by the time I got home I was nauseous, dizzy and TIRED Frown

I think my body, so tightly holding onto its fat for as long as I can remember, is softening up and getting ready to release this outer shell to reveal a new me.

I hope someone else out there can relate to this experience and share their progress.

GO SONYA, GO!!! I remember some softening, and have read of it happening to others, as they began their journey to better health. Oxycise is just the most effective thing for many of us, and I'm so glad you're finding it so for you! It sounds like some of the effects aren't so pleasant, but your body must need it!

The breathing will definitely become smoother and more natural with practice!

Hang in there!!!

Sonya right on !!

You will love the tapes with the variety of poses/postures. I am studying to become a Relaxation Therapist and all I hear about is breath, breath, breath!!!

Stick with us and let us know how you manage along the way, will you ?

Cheers!
