HOW DO YOU KNOW IF YOU ARE DOING IT RIGHT? I READ THE BOOK AND WATCHED THE DVD ABOUT A YEAR AND HALF AGO. I DON'T GET IT! ANY ADVISE WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATED. I FEEL LIKE I WASTED MY MONEY ON THIS PROGRAM. NO, I AM NOT DOING IT! I AM NOT SURE WHAT IS. I HAVE THE GO COMMUTER WORKOUT. HOW DOES THIS THING WORK?

SINCERELY,

CONFUSED AND FUSTRATED

Hello. Please don't give up already! It takes everyone a little while to learn how to do the Oxybreath, but it's worth the effort! First, go to the breathing tips listed under Newsletters and Announcements, and read that real well. Then, lay down on the floor with your knees bent and your hands resting on your tummy and try this:
Relax, and take in the biggest breath that you can. Now, tighten your abs, squeeze your buns, and kegal. Next, take 3 little sniffs in. Okay, blow your breath out, like you're blowing a trumpet and then give 3 more little puffs so that your lungs are as empty as you can get them. Repeat that 3 more times for a complete rep. 30 reps make one workout. Did that help? If not, just ask questions about any part of it until you understand.

Feel free to join us on the daily thread for lots of support and encouragement.
