I was just wondering if you could give me an example of the exercises that are on this workout. I own every workout except for the Bun and Thigh workouts. I'm tempted to get this one but it depends on what exercises are on it.

B&T I and II are good. I can't find the instructions for I but II goes like this:
Standing
Side Squat Stretch left and right
Hold the Bar Series
Standing Fire Hydrant-right and then left leg
Closed King Tut
Off the Wall seriesSide Split stretch -right then left leg
Sitting leg lift right then left leg
Bottoms Up SeriesKnee press, Butterfly, straight leg point, straight leg flex, straddle point, then flex
On Your Knees series
Fire Hydrant - right then left
Side extension right then left
Hot crossed buns right and left
On the Floor series:
Pretzel Reach - right then left
Butterfly push up
Straddle push up
Hurdles in the air right then left
Torpedo One pointed.

Thanks so much for taking the time to list all the positions for me. This workout looks great. I'm off to order both 1 and 2 B&T workouts. I will then have all the workouts Smile! Thanks again!

Rose, you're welcome. I hope you enjoy them as much as I have, although I haven't been doing either one for a few months; I think I'll concentrate on working out with both of them for a few days. I need to rotate my workouts more often. I've been stuck on L3, and L4 for too long.

Let me know how you like them.
