Hi everyone,

Last month, I went to my pain management doctor. He took my BP and it was high--144/99. He said it was a little high, but if I continued exercsing like I said I had been doing, I should see some improvement.

Well, I've been doing Oxycise pretty faithfully. Ok, I skipped yesterday Razz didn't mean to, but I did. Today, I went to my GYN, and the clerk took my BP. It was 127/80.

I know that the AHA recommends that the Systolic reading should be less than 120 and the Diastolic should be less than 80, but whooo hoooo, my BP was a lot lower than what it was last month.

Also, I have noticed a change in my body. While I hate undressing and seeing myself nude, I did have to take a second look when I was in my underwear. My buns are lifting and my stomach has really shrunk. I still need a ways to go, but I could really see a difference.

Thank you Oxycise, and thank you Jill Johnson for creating such an effective way to lose inches and improve my health. Also, thank you everyone for your support.

Sandyvic

Hi sandyvic:
Congrats on the inches lost and of course the BP. It's wonderful to feel better. What about your diet, did you change something on it?

I have problesm with my cholesterol I'll wait until next month sometimes and have it tested again and see if it has lowered.

Keep up the good work!yeah baby!!

Thank you very much ladies. It's so easy to do. About a month ago, my brother/wife moved in with me until they find a house. My brother was in the computer room, which is the room next to mine. After I completed my Oxycise, he asked me what I was doing. He could hear the breathing even though I had my TV on Big Grin.

Cathey, I watch my portions, and I balance a starchy carb with a protein. I never eat a protein with 2 starchy carbs (potatoes and corn). I limit my fats but I will have my fats, such as a pat of real butter or 1-2 tablespoons of real Ranch dressing. I also drink lots of water, and I limit the amount of sodas even though they are diet. I was drinking around 3 diet sodas per day.

Thanks again ladies! Ya'll the best!

Goo Morning all:
It's a better day then yesterday.
Ladies you are continuing to do so well. I'm pround of all of you.

Sandyvic: Keep up the good work. You are really doing a great job! You are right, the key is balance. Today is my 8 day off the meat for the cleansing of my colon. I don't process meat very well and it tends to store in my body and create fat!!!!ugh!!!! So, I'm off it until next Sunday. I'll limit my meat to fish, with chicken every once in a while. Fish does not have the same impact on my as other meats. It's not that hard to digest.
Have got to go O before church. I'll list the good things happening to me.

Hi again allL: I did my O before church this a.m. and made it to church on time. Yeah! Had a good church service today. Now the challenge, I'm getting ready to take my mom, neice and husband out to KFC for lunch. Now i've got to come up with me a meal with out the meat. It will be hard but I will not order the chicken for me.

Have a great day ladies

My blood pressure with exercise is only 90/60...low isn't it? I inherited it from my Dad, with his toes!lol

READ labels everyone. The enemy is High Fructose Corn Syrup, HFCS, and it is in nearly every darned thing. I am totally off bottled dressings now and have my salads with balsamic vinegar. HFCS is even in cereals - they won't stop at anything sacred!
Google HFCS to understand how detrimental it is to our health and how it sabotages weight loss. Just by cutting out white flour and sugar and HFCS I have lost 5 inches off my waist...yahoooo! I am happy to post information on this subject if anyone wants it.

Cheers,
Nancy
