first off, iffen ya wanna shut me up, ya gonna have to do some talking yourself
anyway until I hurt my leg 3 years ago, I used to do NordicTrac, weights, glider ....but always ya had to spend about 5 to 10 minutes warming up and then same amt. of time cooling down! YOU DON'T GOTTA DO THAT WITH OXYCISE!!!!! YEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!! p.s. believe me I will 'run down' before too long and will most likely get very silent. No, I do not have any kind of depression with the ups and downs......thanks be to God. Just very talkative today....... |

I know exactly what you are saying I get more results with 15 minutes a day than with 30 minutes toning 15 stretching and 30 minutes of walking. I am blown away with the results I have had. 3 inches of my waist in 2 weeks. I have 5 kids a 3 year old and a 19 months old so it is hard for me to take time but 15 minutes is nothing. This has been a God-send for me. Keep talking! I am sold on Oxycise, I never thought I would be but I never stuck to before or kept track of my results. I Love It!! I am trying to encourage my friends and my sis to do it. Have a great day

Keep posting. Your enthusiasm is contagious. I've only done O level 1 and EDI level 1 so I don't know which other would be good for abs. I know the one where you sit in the chair and lift both legs straight out in front in O level 1 is great for the abs, and the stand and reach facing the wall (O 1) I can feel in my back and abs. and Tambo...it wasn't long ago you were ready to quit! Just having the courage to gut it out, so to speak, is great. I know that as time goes by, I will meet a 'wall' but I will handle that then. And look to this message board for help!!!! Mel---thanks! I will give the sitting in chair with arms out and the stand tomorrow! But surprising enough, or dumb enough, I realized that just do some aggressive breathing, you can burn those ole abs! Esp, when ya tuck. Wow! Gonna tell ya why to stay away from mirror! I KNOW I have six-pack abs, but they won't show up til I get some more blubber off and a mirror just discourages! But I do 'feel' leaner...never knew 9 pounds were THAT heavy. Night, sleep tight y'all! |

All the positions are good for the abs...the smallest movement of sucking in when you breathe in does amazing things for your abs! So have fun doing all the tapes.. they are ALL great for those abs!
