Hello everyone,

I just thought I'd share this. I'm watching an hour-long exercise show. They're jumping, twisting, bending, punching and really working up a sweat.

The leader just said he can feel his heart pumping and is really burning calories and getting a great aerobic workout.

It's great to know we can also get a great aerobic workout as well as toning without all that jumping and sweating. Smile

Personally, my knees couldn't take it. Eek

Rich, good observation. And, I second the motion about my knees not being able to take high impact exercise. Smile

Not only could my knees not take it, but my heart couldn't take. However, I will say, that in order to Oxycise you need to have some energy. I know because while I was sick and weak I could not do it. I can Oxycise back to back and even though I may be tired my knees feel great, and my heart feels great.
I love it.

Oh Rich isnt that the truth??? If I want to Really do it up I do 2 tapes back to back (shows my age talking about 'tapes' lol). No more sore knees here and the stretch is out of this world!

Did I ever tell you people that Oxycise cured my restless leg and restless arm syndrome? yup...all gone thanks to Jill!!! If it ever creeps back into my life I just slide out of bed and do a tape then sleep soundly the night away with no 'creepiness'. My doctor is amazed that breathing did what his meds could not. He just shakes his head and says keep doing what you are doing because obviously it works !

My husband is a physician too and he shakes his head as well - they are trained in hard science not in breathing! LOL

Cheers,

Nancy
