Hello! About 5 years ago I did Oxycise along with a makeshift Atkins diet and lost about 120 pounds in 3 months. Then I had another son and all the weight, plus came back. I moved and lost my tapes and video :-(
I still remember the basic movements so I think I'm going to start up again. At least the basic program. I swear it made me feel better the first time I did it and after the first few mornings I was working on it, my mother had said my stomach looked flatter, and it felt it too. Is anyone that is just starting out want to do an accountibility thing? Thanks, Rebecca |

I can be such a dork sometimes. It was 60 pounds in 2 months and the other 60 in a few more months. I was putting the whole number with one lump. Total of 120. But still, 60 is a good number for 2 months.
It did get more difficult as time went on but it did work. ;-) |
