Hi Gals,

I thought this could be a fun and interesting thread; what's your favorite Oxycise position and why?--

I LOVE the 'Crescent' stretch from L2; It reminds me of a ballet pose, esp. with the little 'pleate' right before you get your feet into position, and makes me feel elegant- The 'King Tut' is fun too, and Torpedo One and Two feels great. Those final stretches getting in as much air as possible is such a wonderful feeling, almost hard to describe.

Looking forward to your comments-
Love,
Helene

Hi Helene!

I set this question up as a poll several years ago... I guess I could look for it and bring it back to the top.

As for me.... it would be a tie between "soaring" from L3 and the "crescent stretches" from L2. I like the way both stretch my sides!

Hmmmm... I also did a poll around the same time as to where people first learned about Oxycise!. I'll see if I can find it, too!

I'm just glad you jogged my memory!!

Yes Kelly, 'Soaring' is a good one, too; I consider it my 'praise pose'--thanks for the reminder and re-posts.

Love,
Helene

I think my favorite is the crescent stretch but I also love the hamstring stretches from L2.

Those and the 'Chair Climber' are good ones, too---On the other hand, 'Sit and Twist' is always a tough one for me, for whatever reason, I guess I just need to develop those muscles a bit more--Alot of the stretches from L2 are definitely my favorites--the Leg Lift from L1 is cute, too-

Well, soaring is my all-time favorite. It's a praise position for me. I, too, love the crescent stretch. Stretching my sides always feels good.
