Is this too good to be true? I've tried every exercise possible, could it be this easy. Are the exercises strenuous? Can you use these exercises and also continue to do walking exercises also?

Thank You!

SmileYou can O! all day long. This does work if you put gusto into your breathing and stay consistant. No, it isn't strenuous.

I like it because after a 15 to 20 minute work out I sleep like a baby. My hips don't hurt anymore ( as long as I do my O!) I have a clear head and function better at work, my disposition is better, I've lost celelite, weight, lots of inches. I think we all have different results but we all have a success story. Try it, you'll like it.

Come visit on D2L (determine to lose).

Hi Virg,

I'm fairly new to this. I haven't gotten my order yet but I'm practicing the breathing tips from Julie in the Newsletters and Announcements. I do it in my car in the morning and not so faithfully in the afternoon. After a week I lost an inch in my hips, half an inch in my waist and lost 1.2 lbs.

It doesn't sound like the actual workouts are too strenuous and some people do other forms of exercise too.

It does seem to good to be true but after reading the success stories it's obvious that it does work.

Hope to see you again soon.

Hi Virg,
I've been doing O! for 2 weeks now, and I got more results in that short time then ever before with anny other kind of exercise. Trhee monts before I started doing O! I've worked out 5-6 times/W, even with a trainer. When I read about the O! it sounded too easy,so I wanted to give it a try.I considered myself in good shape ,after all that time I spend at the gym. Boy,was I in for the supprise. After my first workout I was realy sore everywhere. So the workout is not strenuous, but the results are great.I lost an inch and 1/2 in my waist. That's the only place I measured. Give it a try! I'm sticking to it!!!

I have been doing it for two weeks now. In that time I have lost 6 pounds. I am also starting to be able to feel some muscle tone in my abs, arms, legs. I have been very faithful to doing the 15 minutes every morning. The first few days, I really didn't feel much... except dizzy! But, after getting the breathing down correctly that was gone. Then I noticed my energy level was higher, especially right after the workout. Yesterday, I felt energized all day long! In some ways it seems to good to be true, but in other ways it makes perfect sense. Unconciously most of us deprive our bodies of oxygen. It is our most basic need, everything thing else in our body functions based on oxygen for fuel. The fact that we are also doing muscle toning while we are breathing is a bonus.

Hey Virg!

I have been doing Oxycise for several years. When I first started, I lost 50 lbs and a bunch of inches. Then, I got lazy and quit Oxycising and started eating anything that wasn't nailed down. I gained back almost half of what I had lost. Eventually, I regained my senses and returned to O and this board. I have lost 11 lbs so far and I know I have lost inches because some of my clothes are loose on me. I can say from experience that this program does work. IF you do it consistently and with gusto, you will feel better in general, you will breathe better, your skin tone will improve, you will lose weight and inches and your energy level will increase. What's not to like???????? All this for 15 minutes a day! For more testimonials, read some of the success stories on the website. Hope you decide to join us!
