Hi all,

After a few breaths I felt a little drunk and my back felt somewhat stiff? Is this normal?

Hello Chicage1908. Click on the "Find" button at the top of this forum and type in the keyword: lightheaded. There are 25 matches regarding this. Hope this helps.

Make sure when doing your oxycise breathe, that it's balanced. It is nromal to feel a little strange, or parts of you body feel like it's going to sleep, when your breathing is un-balanced.

If your new to the work-out, it's normal for your upper back, in the middle of your shoulder to be a little sore at first. (some people will not feel that) This is the only small discomfort you should feel.

I'm not new to Oxycise, I was one the first groups to get Certified to teach this most wonderful work-out.

I hope this was helpful. Before doing any work-out it's always good to check with your doctor.. :O)
