I am just curious to know if you use an air purifier while you do Oxycise. I live in NYC and the air is polluted to say the least.
Also, I like to know if any of you do Oxycise more than once a day without any changes in regular routines (sleeping, etc....) Thank you for your answers. |

Susan, I don't use a room purifier here in Florida.
I'm not sure if I understand your question. There are a few people who do more than one routine a day. Are you asking if this will change your sleeping habit? I can tell you I sleep better with O! and I sleep sound. If I don't O! I wake up restless throughout the night. Welcome aboard. Come and visit on D2L (determined to lose) Jeanne |

Do you mean an air purifier that just sits in the room and cleans the air? It would be fine to Oxycise in that circumstance, I'm sure.
Some people get a real energy boost from Oxycise, so it's better for them to do it in the morning. If you can do it before you eat, it's supposed to speed metabolism and help you burn more calories all day long. However, some of us, and myself included, find that Oxycise relaxes us and makes us sleepy, so the best time to do it is before bed. Some people seem to actually benefit both ways, so they do it in the morning for energy and in the evening so they can sleep. That would be awesome! You just have to experiment and find what time it works best for you. Good luck! |
