a way to kind of post a general message on the internet, when you do not know the person's last name, to let them know that you are trying to contact them, so that if they do a search for your name or info, they can find it?

Without knowing someone's last name, it will be a difficult search, at best. When you do a search for something and the list appears, the web page in the first position is there because there are more links to that page than to any of the other pages in the list. It's not about purchasing keywords anymore. It's how many links you have to your page. So, if you were searching for someone, you would have to advertise the heck out of a web page that said you were looking for someone, and then that someone would have to search for herself or you. If you have a web page where you can put this information, you could post to free classified advertising pages every day with your link and get you link up high on the list. There are automated posting programs available, and if you are serious about this and have a web page where you can put your information, I can do the automatic posting for you because I have the automatic classified submitting software. Then, on the off chance she searched for your name, she would get to your web page. It would take a few months before you would get to the top of hte page (maybe one or two months), but if you are serious, I would be willing to help you.
