I long to know if I'm doing these exercises right. If there are no instructors in Az., Then is there someone that I can get together with that has been doing oxycise? Thanks.

I would like to know if there are any in Utah. Maybe someone would be able to post a list of instructors and where they are located! Just a thought!

If you'll go to the Oxycise! homepage, there is a link to "certified instructors". If you click on this it will give you a list.
I didn't see any for AZ or UT. No one anywhere near me, either. I've always thought it would be nice to "officially" know I'm doing it all correctly! Kelly  |
