I've noticed the posts about plateaus lately, and just wanted to share the thought with you that plateaus are the body's way of balancing things while you are losing weight. It's a VERY necessary part, the way I understand. Have you ever known someone that's lost a lot of weight very quickly? They don't usually look as good as someone who just lost weight gradually, and let their body adjust to the changes. A relative of ours lost 80 pounds last year by dieting, and he looked so haggard that it was distressing! Also, someone shared on a post here a few months ago, that they had lost lots of weight, but they were so unhappy with the way their body looked-no toning-and that was why they decided to try Oxycise. Unfortunately, I can't remember who that was....I was wondering if Oxycise had helped?? I just feel that it really would. Anyway, I realize I whined a little this last week about not losing weight for awhile, but I've realized that I need to be patient and let my body decide when it's ready to let go of some more fat. I'm truly thankful for the benefits that we reap from doing Oxycise!!!

I'm there with you Susanna. I haven't lost for a while either. My eating hasn't been great but not nasty either. I feel like I am on a big plateau. I need to keep doing the right thing & wait & be patient I guess.
