Do most of you do your workout all at once? I would like to break it up over the day and wonder if this will not give me as good of results as Oing all at once?

According to Jill....you are supposed to be able to break your workout into smaller "doses" if necessary. I'm the type, however, that needs to get it all over with at one time.
It's also good to take "oxybreaths" throughout the day, whenever you get the chance. I do try to do this when I remember to. Kelly |

I break mine up too, I do a mix of the positions that I like the best from Level 2 and Level 3, I also do breathes throughout the day. I try to do four breathes at a time, and four breathes for each position, like when I'm sitting at the computer I will stand up and do four breathes of some position

For best results, if you have the time and energy, you will speed up your results if you can do extra reps... and especially if you can do extra workouts.
But it's also fine to do just one workout a day. Just go at a pace that feels right for you. Jill has said: "You can choose how precisely you want to follow the methods and principles. For example, last summer I received reports from 3 women who had all achieved different results -- and each of them had put different amounts of focus and care into their efforts. Within the 3 months, one lost 11 pounds, one lost 25 pounds, one lost 40 pounds! Each of them were excited, because they went at their own rate. The decision is up to you." |
