I am new - please let me know if I should get the advanced level and targeted tapes. Are you have faster/more success???

Hi Cindy...welcome to Oxycise!.

You really need to start out with the L1 tapes. If you have any limitations (older, limited mobility, etc) you might want to get the Easy Does It Series. Otherwise, I would just suggest one of the introductory specials. Once you are comfortable with the Basic Breath from L1 you can move on to any of the other levels. They are really more for variety. You can get just as good of a workout from the L1 tape alone.

This you will love! It is the best kept secret I've heard of. Dramatic results that you can notice immediately. And, I am a big girl but I see my stomach shrinking before my eyes. My energy has shot through the roof. God bless Jill for introducing this program. Smile
