I started breathing deeply when I get into bed at night and also drink alot of green tea. I went down to a size 4 and the cellulite, flab was gone to. Joined to find other breathing exercises. Worked for me.

WELCOME DORLENE!!Glad to have you join us. Oxycise makes my insides feel so much better. I'm a slow loser but have noticed my hair and nails growing faster. I have been getting compliments on face (skin smooth and clear). Sounds like your doing great with your deep breathing before sleep. I know green tea is suppose to be good for you, I guess your proof Big Grin Join us on the "determined to lose(D2L)thread. Great group of women! Again welcome to "O"!

Welcome from me, too, Dorlene! Yes, I think the deep breathing is the key, but the positions that go along with Oxycise! really help with toning and inch loss.
