Does anyone have a "Fuel for Success" book that they would like to sell me? I want to buy one, but wanted to have it shipped priority mail. If I order through the Oxycise website, the only choice is media mail, and to HAWAII, sometimes that can take a LONG time!!

Please help me out! Or a staff member....maybe somehow you can check to see if I could have it shipped priority mail??
