I read your above post from October 2005 & I see you're still posting here after nearly 3 years. I was wondering if you've been able to maintain or increase your losses during that time? |

Yep....I'm still O!ing and posting after more than 7 years with this program!
I completely maintained my losses up until about 9 months ago when I let myself get back into some really bad eating habits. I've put back on about 15-20 pounds but can still wear most of my clothes. They're tight, though, so I want to get off at least 10 pounds. I had actually gotten a little too thin for awhile (my neck and face didn't look healthy) If I'll start controlling my portions again, I'll be okay. I still feel like an Oyxcise! success story! If you check my "smiles page" you'll see that I had an update showing my total losses. I lost a little more even after that. |

Thank you Kelly. I've had the DVDs for a couple of years now. I started & lost 4" the first week. I don't know why I stopped. I'm going to commit to doing it two times a day. Did you do anything other than O. I know you mentioned watching portions, but did you walk or anything else? Thanks again for replying.

When I was having my best success, I was just O!ing, once a day.
My DD likes me to do walk videos with her, so when she's home I do that some. Mostly, though, it's just O! one time a day. Come post with us on the D2L (determined to lose) thread each day. It'll help you stay accountable! |
