I also have a lot of weight to lose. Started at 280# back in March. Now at 237# and going down! I have been gpong to Weight Watchers since mid-March and started Oxycise aroung Mother's Day. I started with the Easy-Does-It videos because I simply coudn't do other exercise. I've moved up to the regular Level 1 and feel ready for Level 2! I feel so much better and for the first time in my life feel that I can accomplish my weight loss goals. I think realistically you have to learn to eat healthy and learn how to do that for the rest of your life. Good luck on your weight-loss journey. It is possible!

I started at 105 kilos that's 231 lbs. I could easily lose 100lbs considering my height 5'2" and a small-medium bone frame. I'm at 96 kilos that's 211 and my goal is 70 kilos that's 154. When (not IF) I get there, that will be the lowest ever for me since high school.

I've lost 60 and I have another 50-60 to go. This is the greatest program if you are very overweight. It was easy on my joints when I started, didn't strain my back, didn't overexert me, and I didn't feel like some fat chick who was going to bust a hole in her living floor by bouncing around doing aerobics Smile

If you make the commitment, you will definitely see the rewards!

Thats great!!!! are you following any diet too, or just oxycise? I don't have really much weight to lose just inches and toning. How well will this work for that? I am doing Body flex right now, and not really getting any results.

I have 148 lbs to lose. It is a daunting amount but I am ready to lose it. I lost two pounds last week with Oxy and hope to repeat this week. I can feel the difference already.

Congrats on those first 2 pounds!! Keep in mind it's easier to set small goals as you go along.

It sounds like you are determined!

Congrats on already loosing 2 lbs. Being that you are READY to loose the weight, you should be successful.

I had 110 lbs. total to loose. I still have 75 more to go. Don't give up! After loosing my first 45 I stopped, I gained 10 back and lost my determination. It has been almost 4 years, and I have started again. I agree with Kelly. Set small goals. I have my over-all big goal, with small monthly goals that I need to reach.

Good luck and keep breathing!

Welcome to the board! I hope you keep us posted on your progress. I felt like losing 70 pounds would be almost impossible, but I've lost 49, and it doesn't seem like it's been hard at all! I hope it works as well for you! Big Grin

Sincerely, Susanna

Hi. I am new here. I have been doing Oxycize Level 1 off and on since Fall of 2002. I have started doing it 6-7 times a day in the last few weeks and I feel so much better. I have lost 15 lbs since May, not a huge amount considering I have a goal of losing 100 lbs but it sure beats gaining 15 lbs!

I have lost large amounts of weight in the past, up to 85 lbs but that involved starvation diets which I will never do again. Needless to say, I gained it all back and more. This is what I consider my last ditch effort. This is forever and I want to do the healthiest way possible. I am thankful I found Oxycize!

Looking forward to getting to know everyone on the boards.

Wishing you a healthy, happy day! Keep on smilin...

Carrie

Carrie,

I am not on a real diet. I am just watching portion size and cutting out most of the sweets. Got on the scales this morning and had lost and additional 1 1/2 lbs.!! I do O in the morning for app. 10 minutes and then another 10 minutes in the afternoon. I am quite encouraged by this initial loss. I wish you well.

Kellly S and mxen2..,

Did I say 6-7 times a day...sorry Frown should have been "a week". I have been wanting to start doing O 2 X's a day but haven't gotten there yet. I am thinking about getting level 2 soon. I am getting scheduled for surgery probably around the 2nd week in Sept so I will be starting from scratch a few weeks after that. Just when I was really motivated to lose and get in shape but that is ok, just a little setback and I am sure the O I have been doing will make me do better with the surgery. Thanks for your encouragement and I look forward to being part of the group.

Wishing you a healthy, happy day! Keep on smilin...

Carrie
