Hello. This is Rich and I'm three days old here.
Since I am just starting, will these be sufficient for a while before moving on to the next level? I suppose it depends on the individual. Thanks. |

Hi Rich and welcome!
I think you will be able to do quite well with the L1 (level 1) tape. I own all of them and I still seem to use L1 the most. Please join us on the D2L (Determined to lose) daily thread. You'll find lots of support there. Again, welcome! Shari |

Welcome. Glad to have you with us. These will be sufficient forever unless you bore quickly and easily with repetition. Basically, the reason we have other videos is to get good exercise going with all parts of the body and we just plain get bored with the same old things. Most of us after a while, extract a few from one video and another and another and do our own routines while listening to music or watching favorite T.V. shows (killing two birds with one stone). I have to get myself back on track here.
