I am wondering what anyone has done for sagging skin and breasts. I am really distressed over this and almost don't want to do oxycise. what has anyone been doing about this?

Hi Suneyes3! Welcome to the message board.

I could be wrong, but I've come to the conclusion that sagging skin is just a by-product of gravity and aging....to a certain extent. However, I feel like toning can help with this. Oxycise! seems to really help with toning if it is done with the positions. (as opposed to just doing the Oxybreath) I also believe that slower weight-loss is less likely to cause sagging skin than losing a lot of weight rapidly. So, although I've lost more than 65 pounds...I've done it at a rate I feel was good for my body.

I really can't imagine Oxycise! contributing to a saggy body. Quite the opposite.
