I've been using O on and off for the last few years. First, I am never sure I am doing the breathing right because I don't seem to have the same results so many of you have. But, I keep reading the success stories, and I keep coming back.
Second, I read the newsletter stories, and the folks are always saying they do this workout without sweating. Well, I do! By the time I've finished 7 reps, I'm already sweating. By the time I'm done, I definately need a shower.

This makes me wonder once again if I am doing things right?

Hi Aynnie! I sweat too. Not quite drenched, but definitely damp. Wink There's a thread around here somewhere that tells about the proper way to breathe. I think it might be in the Welcome section? I'm afraid I can't remember. Hopefully someone who knows will tell you where it is because it's quite helpful. O! has worked well for me since I started a few months ago, but I think it has a cumulative effect rather than immediate results sometimes. In other words, in the beginning it might not seem to be doing much, but after doing it for a few weeks consistently, the results really begin to show. Hang in there. Smile
