Hello everyone,

I'm new to the group Smile I am fairly new to Oxycise. But not new to "aerobic breathing". I have done BodyFlex on and off for years. I WISH I had just gone with Oxycise from the beginning! It's SO MUCH better. I will admit that after a month of Oxycise I'm getting used to the tightening and then relax, etc. It's been a challenge, but rewarding in knowing I'm doing better.

I have always struggled with my weight and always will! At my largest I was a size 20. I got down to a 10 at one point. Now, I'm getting tight at a 14. So it was TIME to do SOMETHING! I'm glad that I chose to add Oxycise. I just recently go a nordic track so I will do 20-30 of that and Oxycise.

I'm so glad that there is a board to support Oxycise. I LOVE that. I read some of the older posts. I have had the "softening" so it's REALLY encouraging to hear from other people about.

Thanks for allowing me in your group and I can't wait to meet the rest of you Smile

Welcome to "our world." The world of Oxycise is a wonderful place. I am an ex Body Flex person myself. (All I did was gain inches with it), then I found Oxycise too and all these wonderful people. I have not only found a wonderful program but met some truly truly wonderful people and would consider some of them to be the best of friends even though I have never ever met any of them in person. We are a close knit bunch here and will do anything to help you, just ask us!

Welcome to Oxy! I have never done Body Flex, but it's good to get feedback from people who have. You're going to have a really good experience with O, not to mention the fine company on the board. Be sure to pass along any questions or concerns.

Welcome Jill!

I did Bodyflex for a short while but it was horrid. Either my throat was desparately sore or I threw up with the least little bit of fluid in my stomach. Not good memories! lol

Oxycise! is WONDERFUL and Jill is a peach. I never get tired of listening to her either!
