What's the difference between Junior Memeber and Member? ALso is the commuter CD just a productive as the level 1 video? Or should I always do the video as the main workout? I am a stay at home mom, however, I find most of my time driving my 3 kids around. Thanks Missy

Hi Missy...a jr member is what you stay until you've made a certain amount of posts (not sure...5-10 or so). The commuter CD is limited, as you're in the car. It's a great workout if you're in your car a lot, but the L1 has a lot more positions that just aren't possible to do while driving. If you can get them both do..if not I would recommend the video, and just do the basic breath in the car on your own.

Thanks! I just want this to work so much, that I don't want to mess up, I will do the video, and use the commuter cd as extra. THanks.

Don't forget that you can pop the commuter CD into your computer's CD-ROM drive!! Sometimes I do the entire commuter routine while I am working at the computer. Big Grin Talk about multi-tasking! LOL!
