hi everyone, just wanted to say hi and that i've been doing the oxycise for a few weeks now and haven't had any results yet. I read that some have been doing it twice and sometimes more a day. I guess that's what i'll have to do then too, to get some results. I was getting a little discouraged because i have a tyroid problem. but after reading the boards i guess i'm not alone.. Thank you...sunshine

I also have a thyroid problem and my first week on Oxy I lost 2 lbs. I didn't take measurements for the first week. I am working on my 2nd week now. I hope for the same results. All I can say is keep going. You may be building muscle and it weighs more than fat. I usually just go by how my clothes are fitting me and if I have to go to a smaller size. Keep going. I am sure it will pay off in the long run.

Sunshine, don't be discouraged. I've gone weeks without losing an ounce. Overall, though, I've lost over 60 lbs. in 16 months. You just need to hang in there, keep with it, and focus on your long-term goals. It really does pay off in the end.
