Check out this diet software!!! No, I don't sell it or anything. I discovered it awhile back and I've always believed that permanent weight loss comes with a combination of diet AND exercise. I too used the Diet Power Software. It is the best that I have ever found. Combined with Oxycise it is the best diet solution ever. As soon as I stopped doing both (got bored and busy) I gained 10 lbs. I am back doing both. Too soon for any results.

Thanks so much for the info. I'll check out this website. It's great having these message boards for support and input. I noticed when I bought oxycise that it says not to diet, just eat a sensible plan. Do you find that you do have to diet pretty stringent with oxycise to get results?

I think everyone is different regarding their results however, I have had to follow a more healthy eating plan to see results in the weight loss department. I have not dieted, per say, just been more careful. I noticed a huge inch loss right away. I am much more toned than I have ever been (even at a lighter weight) and I have yet to get a cold since oxycising, which has been since March, 2001. There are so many wonderful benefits associated with the increased oxygen. I am sure you will notice a difference.

I would suggest you try oxycise for two weeks without changing your eating habits just to see if you notice changes. Be sure to weigh and measure yourself so you get a good starting point established. If you find there are no differences, then maybe you can modify your diet a bit.
