Hey everyone. I explained weeks, maybe even months ago (time is trickySmile) about my accident and injuring my back and while I was away from the boards I received so many private messages from a lot of you asking how I was and whats going on and I just want to thank all of you from the bottom of my heart. It really means a lot to me that not only is everyone on this site dedicated to this program and to better health and living, but are so generious and helping everyone else and keeping trck of others for support. I really want to thank you all for your kind words and help. I wish you all the best of luck on your journey. I'M BACK!!!!!

Now, the leo in me wants to take center stage once more. As I have been not doing O, and on top of the medications I allready currently take (which of course weight gain is a side effect) I have been taking meds to help with my back pain (which can lead to weight gain) escpically since(and I'm so excited about this!) I was finally able to enroll back in school. I'm currently attending Sunstate Academy here in Clearwater, Fl for their Cosmetology program and am loving it, but anyway on here who works in that field knows that being on your feet all day, slupped over a shampoo bowl, and reaching, bending and lifting can do a number on your back. Hence the little help from the meds. Anyway, back to what I was saying(i tend to ramble, have you noticed...lol)I am back and with a vengance, a vengance against the fat deposits on my body. I promised you all (months ago) a 6 week body makeover of my own where I would simply eat in a healthy manner and ONLY DO O, so I could test and prove that even medications and diet slip ups can't stand in the way. Well, I had amazing results, if you remember, from my first week. However, after that first week I had dropped out bc of back issues, moving (which is never fun) and blah blah blah-excuses. Well, I am telling you right now I AM SICK OF BEING FAT AND HATING MYSELF EVERY TIME I LOOK IN THE MIRROR. I'M 25 YEARS OLD AND FOR 25 YEARS I HAVE BEEN FAT AND HATED MYSELF AND MY BODY SO MUCH I HAVE GONE TO SUCH LINKS AS ANOREXIA, BULEMIA, PILL POPPING EPHEDRINE, WRAPPING MY "BAD PARTS" IN PLASTIC WRAP WHILE I SLEEP AND ANYTHING ELSE YOU CAN THINK OF. NO MORE! o IS THE WAY AND THE 6 WEEK CHALLENGE IS BACK ON. LOOK LATER FOR MY POST ON THE WEEKLY PROGRESS FORUM FOR MY STARTING WEIGHT AND MESURMENTS, LIKE LAST TIME I AM PUTTING IT ALL OUT THERE. THE DREADFUL NUMBERS. ALSO, I URGE THE REST OF YOU TO JOIN ME ON YOUR OWN 6 WEEK "BOOTCAMP". DON'T LET THE HOLIDAYS GET IN YOUR WAY. AND DON'T MAKE EXCUSES. DO O WHILE WRAPPING PRESENTS OR COOKING DINNER. ITS ONLY 15 MIN. BEST OF LUCK TO ALL OF YOU! AND WISH ME LUCKSmile

I'm so glad you're BACK!!!

I'm going to take you up on your challenge. I have also been away from O' due to hurting myself while doing some gardening. Did you know that having to keep your leg propped up most of the time, and unable to walk doesn't help with exercise. LOL I know I could have still been doing Oxycise, but I kept procrastinating every day. I know that doing Oxycise again will really help me both with stretching the muscles of my leg and definitely with my weight.

Hi Jonathan,

How are you doing with your "bootcamp?"

I've started on mine, but I know I need to start posting as that really helps me to stay accountable.
