Someone gave me this a long time ago.At the time I was going to throw it away, but something told me to keep it I just found it again and then happened to read the posts. After reding Sommerfields post .I thought some of us Oers might like it and find it useful.

ATTITUDE

The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life.Attitude, to me is more important than fact. It is more important than past, than education, then money, than circumstances, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company....a church....a home. The remarkable thing is you have a choice every day regarding the attitude you will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past; we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude.

I am convinced that LIFE IS 10% WHAT HAPPENS TO ME AND 90% HOW I REACT TO IT. AND SO IT IS WITH YOU. YOU ARE IN CHARGE OF YOUR ATTITUDE.

I copied it excatly. I hope I didn't misspell any thing. I have no idea who wrote or where it came from but I thought I would share it here.

Lisa, This is great!!! I have been trying to work through a bunch of different things & while I know that many of my issues right now boil down to my attitude & I'm the only one that can change that - this sums it all up. I'm printing this to keep with me & to have a copy at work. THANK YOU!

Sommerfield - did you get rain. We did last night and usually our weather is from you!

Best to all.

I agree 100%! I've always told my kids (and reminded myself) that the one thing you CAN control in life is how you react to what happens to you.

Thanks for sharing this, Lisa.

Hey Lisa,

Thanks so much for this. I truly do need an "attitude adjustment" Roll Eyes and this is just what I needed to read. Love it! I have posted it on the fridge for myself to read every day.
