Hello All
I am new to this group and WO and I have a question. When do you tuck? Is it before, during, or after you breath in? I really like the program and I want to do it right from the beginning so I can see the request I so desperately need. Thanks! In Advance! Deirdre |

Welcome to Oxycise!
Take in a big breath, then tighten and tuck. Hold this all the way through until you finish your three puffs out. Relax and do it all over again. If you'll write julie@oxycise.com she'll send you some breathing tips that are really helpful! Hope to see you around on the board! Kelly |
