i like doing the king tut without a chair and with various arm positions.

I like the pec press because I can see my biceps and feel good about my arms developing some muscle. I also really like the torpedos because I feel skinner and I can feel my ribs under my fat (probably because my fat hangs the other way than usual but it still makes me feel better). Basically, I like anything that makes me feel better about my body.

I only have level 1 to choose from- but I think my favorite is the squat-duck butt- because I can feel my rear firming up.

I like the squat too, but I think my favorite is the basic tilt because it makes my back feel so good.

Hi Kelly,
I love the kneeling peck press! I love the stretch I feel in my quads as I lean back, and I get to do the Peck press, which has made awesome results in the the tone-ness of my arms, shoulders and back! That is by far my favorite! |

Wow! kind of hard to really say.
I really liked the crescent & quad stretches when I started the L2 tape. I still like them, but then I like the "Bottoms Up Series" in the A&UB, they make my "GUT" really work. I like to many of the Floor ones to mention. Then it always feels so good to do Torpedo 1 at the end. I guess I just like to "O"!! Ellen |

I love most of the positions in all of the tapes - but my all time favorite is the Crescent Stretch! It always makes me feel taller, stronger, more elegant and graceful - REALLY love it!!

I like the King Tut that she does on buns & thighs 1 with the foot lift and of course the big and little dipper have an honorable mention. Sue

Fun to read old posts - I only have L1 & commuter. I like the basic and from the commuter the one where you lift you butt with the basic.

I really like Torpedo One. I also really like the entire Level 2 tape, especially the Chair Climber and the hamstring and straddle positions. Oh and the quad stretches, both standing and lying down. I like the Crescent Stretches, too.

Kelly I popped back in to re-vote. I have changed my mind about torpedo 1 being my fave it is now the crescent stretch - I can't seem to get enough of this!
