Hi! I'm Mandy and 20 years old college student looking to lose 40lbs and was wondering how you like Oxycise compared to other programs? I've ordered the Regular DVD set and book. I can't wait to get started, I've heard so many good things about this program!

Hi Mandy! Welcome to the Oxycise! message board! I haven't used any of the other breathing programs, but I can attest to the fact Oxycise! works and is a great program. Also, you'll get so much encouragement from the group that posts here.

Feel free to post with us in the D2L (determined to lose) thread each day!

Hi Mandy,

Just a great big welcome from me, too.

I haven't tried other breathing programs, but have tried many different types of exercises! O is the one that I have really stuck with, I've been doing it for over a year, now. It works!!

Sharon

That's cool, I'm still slightly skeptic but will it a go. I did the basic breathing lastnight for the first time and it makes me feel so less stressed!

Hey Jewels,

My girlfriend turned me on to Oxycise years ago. It was an advanced level and at the time my husband laughed at me so I stopped doing it. I came across the level 1 workout in Salvation Army ( of all places) and started from the beginning. This is such an answer to prayer. How simple, how sweet! Pure oxygen. Makes so much sense. You'll be amazed at the results if you combine it with good, healthy eating habits. Smile

SmileI love this program. I love the deep breathing and stretching and the way I feel when I finish. This is the ONLY one for me.

I think you have to eat healthy foods and try to limit the junk. I still eat sweets once in a while but nothing like I used to.

Welcome to the board. Come over and post with us daily.
You too Freedom2007, come over to the board and chat with us.

How do I get to the board? Not sure what that is. I also love Oxycise. I'm gonna tell you guys something I know will make you chuckle. When I get up, I take my box fan, put it on high and aim it at my face. Crazy, right? But I close my eyes and begin my breathing and get lots of deep breaths. I really have not been watching what I eat,(I know I should)but have a ton more energy than I used to. Our entire family is going to try to start watching the food more closely. We're usually so busy that pizza is usually the food of choice! Smile

Freedom....you're on the board right now. When you enter the OxyChat Message Room, click on the section that says "Daily Support and Accountability". That will bring up a list of topics. Most every day (except for Sat. & Sun. which are usually combined into one thread called D2L O!Pals Weekend) you will find a thread called D2L O!Pals. Just click there and you'll see where we've all posted for that day.
