Did anyone happen to see on the news where the Bodyflex infomercial is being investigated by the FCC?----they are claiming it's all "full of hot air" !

The BodyFlex investigation was aired on Fox News twice yesterday--seems they spent $22 million on advertising this year. Maybe that's what sparked it. It showed the whole package (Gymbar, Greer's picture, etc.)
Should be interesting to see where this goes after having sold over 20 million programs even tho many didnt do so well with it.

Here is my opinion: Even if they decided to investigate Oxycise, they would find that Jill only advertises the truth. She doesn't make impossible guarantees about a certain number of inches in a certain number of days. She also doesn't say that you don't have to change the way you eat. To Greer's credit, she does honor her money back guarantee. I got my money back very quickly, including shipping and handling. She challenged people on an informercial several years ago (when I bought it) to try BF without changing eating habits in any way. I lost nothing in several weeks and got my money back. It's too bad that she gives a bad name to this type of exercise.
