I've created a Food Log for my own benefit that helps me daily chart down totals on Fat, Calories, Carbs, and Protein intake--as well as water drunk. When I look down and see this in "living flesh," I'm quickly steered toward the straight and narrow! When I toss the log aside, I generally toss discretion aside, and there go my Oxycise benefits! I've also got a section at the beginning where I've included "Foods-At-A-Glance" where I can quickly locate the info on my most-often-consumed foods. I get my gram information out of Protein Power by Pocket Books ($6.99 when I bought it).
If any of you would like a copy of this log so that you can print it out yourself, email me at katherinewithak@hotmail.com and I'll be glad to send it to you. It's on Microsoft Word, so you'll want to make sure you have or can get access to that for downloading. Katherine |

I, too, keep a food log. I learned this from Weight Watcher's. It's a rude awakening when you see it on paper what goes into your body. It took a while to get used to the idea of writing everything down, but I do. I recommend keeping track of what you eat on a food log.

Wanted to update my e-mail address. I was getting so much spam on Hotmail that it just wasn't worth it.
If you'd like the Food Log, let me know at katherinewithak@highstream.net Katherine |
