Wow it has been ages since I discovered anything as good for me as Oxycise! but I wanted to share briefly.
Food is half your battle, if not more when losing weight and staying healthy. Sometimes we dont know what plan we want to follow and a reference from someone can be handy! WW is great but I am not into counting, at all. Sonoma diet is a very healthy version of the Mediterranean way of eating. We make all our food from scratch so there are no processed foods altho we do use canned tomatoes and frozen veggies. I now have 40 different ways of preparing fish! If you like great tasting food with terrific variety this may be the plan for you - for life. I have lost 15 lbs with no special effort, just eating 3 good meals a day with 2 snacks. I didn't tell anyone I had changed my way of eating. My husband is all puffed up about how flat is abdomen has become - he doesn't realize we are eating low fat because our meals are so delicous! lol I just wanted to share. Good luck everyone! Thanks Nancy! My only downside to that diet is that it may not work for us because we are not fish or shellfish eaters. I should say, my DH is not!

I did make it sound as tho Sonoma diet is about fish,,it is about fish, chicken and meat as well. ~N.
