After years of not being able to exercise, even walk, I think I've found something I can do. I started with Body Flex three and a half weeks ago. Switched to Oxycise because of glaucoma. I was happy with Body Flex, am also happy with Oxycise. I can do most of the positions, some to a limited degree....I have not missed a day, but only do it once a day, as I need to be careful with my muscles. I try to add in some breathing routines here and there. Yesterday, I wore a pair of jeans which have been a little tight in the waist, they were NOT tight in the waist. I knew I was toning up a bit in the midsection, but this is the first obvious sign of the change. I also feel a little more agile and feel llke I'm moving easier. I didn't measure, have weighed once a week and have gained two or three pounds. I think this is really good progress for three and a half weeks. It's the most progress I've made since I got hurt years ago. Now I'm really thinking I'll see major changes by Christmas. My goal (in my dreams) was to loose the tummy and loose ten pounds by Christmas. I think it can and will happen. I'm a size 14 in everything but Levi's they are 16. My normal size is 12, with some 11's. But I have about 35 pounds to loose, I'm thinking I may end up in 10's? I'm a big kid, size 12 shoes, can't buy many bracelets because my wrists are large. I'm getting charged up!!! Chris
I'm glad that Oxycise seems to be working for you! I think you'll be pleased to see more benefits than just toning up and weight-loss. Oxycise really is great!

I'm excited for you! It's great to start seeing results. I don't know how much you'll lose by Christmas, but I'm sure you can make significant progress. It's especially pleasing to see someone improving who wasn't able to do more vigorous forms of exercise-even walking. Good luck!
I'm so glad you're seeing good results, too!!! Keep up the good work!!!
I had given up on losing weight, and was very limited in my mobility because of a damaged hip. With 70 extra pounds weighting me down, I was in so much pain. Walking was not an option. Getting up after sitting down in a soft chair or on the floor often required help from my patient dh. After losing 62 pounds, I'm now taking 2 mile walks with my children. I can easily move around and do many things I wouldn't have thought about trying just a few months ago.
