Hi! I was wondering how many of you out there only do O! Or do you do other kinds of exercise along with O? If you only do O, do you find that you lose weight/ inches consistently? Did you change your eating habits? I'm just curious, because I'm starting over (again!) and plan to only do O on a regular basis (at least to begin with). I get discouraged when I don't notice that much of a change.

Right now, I do O only. When I get more accustomed to exercise I'll add T-Tapp back into my regimen. I don't diet right now, just pay attention to eating when I'm hungry and stopping when I'm satisfied. I concentrate on eating whole foods instead of a lot of junk. If you are looking for more vegetarian recipes, you might consider getting the book "The Passionate Vegetarian" by Cresecent Dragonwagon (yes, that's really the authors name). It's fantastic! It'll get you away from eating all the carbs. Tracey |
