I am thinking of getting pregnant soon and would like to know if Oxycise is okay during pregnancy. I want to do some form of exercise since I think it will help me emotionally when I am as big as a whale and when I try to lose the weight after I give birth. Has anyone used Oxycise while pregnant? If so, how did it help or not help?

Annabella, I can't speak from experience (my only daughter is 11), but I have heard of others O!ing during pregnancy--with caution. On the EDI2 (Easy Does It 2)tape, one of the models is a lady due to deliver in 3 weeks, and in eitherthat same video or another that I just bought, another O!er is sitting on a bench O!ing and talking about how well it's helping her in her pregnancy. You don't want to strain for sure, but the EDI series might be good for you during that time.

Annabella,

I used oxycise with my second pregnancy. Out of my three pregnancy's my second was the best. I truly believe it is because I did oxycise.

I also did Oxycise! during my last pregnancy, and even though I gained as much weight, I didn't gain inches as fast. (Except my waist measurement, of course!) Since the baby was born (six months ago) I've last 10 pounds due to Oxycise!, and watching what I eat. It would have been more by now, I'm sure, but I've been slacking off a bit lately.
