Hello all,
I'm fairly new to Oxycise(I've been doing it for a week & I love it!) I was wondering if anyone knows how much Oxycise Jill did to lose all of that weight in such a short amount of time. I know that everyone is different so we lose at different rates, but I am just so motivated right now. I also read that the more you breathe deeply and get that extra oxygen, the better it is for weight loss. I'm basically trying to figure out how many minutes or oxycise sessions she did a day to accelerate her weightloss. Thanks. |

I think she did O! once a day and watched her calories. I think she's a vegetarian.....and doesn't eat sweets either

Jill writes that her personal Oxycise! maintenance routine includes the following:
Oxycise! 4 to 5 times a week lots of "extra" breaths and reps throughout the day Eat lots of fresh fruits, veggies, potatoes, rice, (and . . . chocolate as needed!) Be active in life and enjoy family Jill adds: "I am a strong proponent of eating fresh, live, oxygen-rich, high water-content foods grown from the earth -- (see list above, except for chocolate -- which I don't promote, but I do partake.") I also wanted to add that when Jill wants to be more "aggressive" with toning and weight loss, she will do 3 or 4 workouts a day -- 30 minutes in the morning, and 30 minutes in the evening.
She usually did at least 2 or 3 workouts a day when she originally lost her weight. Remember that you can fit in lots of "extra" positions during the day -- standing at the kitchen counter, while you drive, on breaks at work, sitting at your computer. Just breathe, breathe, breathe! I agree totally with Jill. If you want to lose weight fast cut out all the junk. Mostly fruits and veggies will knock the weight off quick. Keep your stress level as low as possible too. I'm convinced stress keeps you fat.
