We ll...I am commiting to trying the "O" thing but I really have my doubts.

I too was skeptical. And keep in mind everyone will see different results at different rates.

Without doing a very good job of altering my eating habits, I've lost a total of 5.75 inches in the two weeks since I've gotten my order. Hard to believe. The scale will go down and then up and down again but after years of yo-yo dieting, I've finally gotten it through my stubborn head that it will take time and until I take responsibility for everything I put in my mouth, it will be an up hill battle.
