Hi Everyone,

I just happened to find this site and decided to order the special start up yesterday -- I've been doing Bodyflex and my throat was getting sore, plus I just don't think I was mastering the deep exhale. After reading ALL of the success stories the past few days and noticing how many people either switched or combine BF with this (I know it does work; I think I just can't get the proper hang of it)I've decided to give it a try!! I can't wait!! How many days til my stuff gets here?! I'd like to sign up for the daily/weekely reports after I start! You all sound like such a super group! Thanks in advance for the support! Carol

I had the same problems with Body Flex ... and I am just restarting my O again after a 'very' long break from it ... I wish I never stopped though.

Welcome to Oxycise ... I plan on posting more as well I hope we talk again. Smile

Hey I'm currently having some problems with bodyflex too. I don't know why but it seems like people on oxycise have better success then any other oxygen program so i'm looking forward to try to learn teh techniques. Yea you tend to get mucus or sore throats doing bodyflex and i'm hoping oxycise will be a little easier and more effective for me. I seem to be really stalling on my inch loss and i only lost about 1 inch on body flex but it seems like the people on oxycise have better inch and weight loss.

Hi Kitana. I think you'll enjoy Oxycise. Have you gotten the book or tapes yet?

Oh this is so sad but I didn't get either yet ebcause i dont have a credit card. It'd be nice if someone sent me atleast the breathing techniques so i can see the difference between the two programs.

Well, there is a thread that gives breathing tips. Maybe that would at least give you a taste of what it's like. Here's a link to that:

Also, I'm pretty sure you can print out an order form and pay by check or maybe money order if you don't have a checking account.

You could just order the book. But, I love the way Jill explains the breath on the intro video to the Easy Does It series.
