How long does it take for them to ship out the product. If I order a 300lbs. Transmission from California out by ground I have it 3-4 days later. Same thing with Amazon.Com never taken more then 3 days after I order something to get it.Even when ordering off Ebay I expect fast shipping this is 2009! Now I selected standard US Postal shipping not media mail which was a $1 more expensive but is actually slower then standard mail.It has been 5 business days for the postal system. I hope it arives soon.

Maybe you guys should consider an online version that people with an order number can use and access until their hard copy material in the form of book,CD,DVD arrives.

I actually looked on line like Amazon.com before purchasing from your site directly because I feared this would happen. I figured I would be sitting around waiting for over a week for it to come. This is also why I no longer do business with Dragondoor Publications and a host of other fitness sites because they where too slow to ship.

When I order something from Dragoon Door or Bronze Bow publishing it is a 2 week affair to get your stuff when I order that companies same stuff from Amazon in 3 days or less I have it and the shipping is normally free as well.

I do not understand why some companies can consistently get your order out the same day you put it in even when it is not their product.They are using the same US Postal system so it's not the post offices fault.

So I do hope it gets here so I can start using! As you can tell I believe in prompt shipping if someone is going to sell by mail order!

It finaly came and I love it so far I am just very impatient any more with mail order things. I have gotten spoiled the last 20 years or so! So I was so cranky I just really wanted to get started!
