I'm working with the Level 1 easy video. I've always read that it's not good to work the same muscles 2 days in a row and that you should give them a day to rest. So, is it a bad idea to be doing the same routine every day? Maybe I should try to change it up some. But I like doing it with the video, which isn't strictly broken up into muscle groups (like lower & upper body). Not sure if I need to be concerned about this or not.

How do y'all handle it? Or don't you worry about it?

Hi EmBe...I think that if you're just doing the videos without adding additional weights, you're fine doing it every day. However, I've always heard that rule of thumb to mean if you're working with weights. I'd say if you're using free weights with O! or on their own, or working out on machines in a gym, you don't want to work the same muscle group 2 days in a row. If you're using free weights with O!, then you might want to alter tapes or positions every other day.
