I know this has been discussed before, but I just recently read that you shouldn't do pilates on consecutive days (so you allow muscles to rest). I thought oxycise was just like pilates, so wouldn't this hold true for oxycise too?.

If that is true, then my muscles must be in excellent shape. I have been doing Oxycise for over 2 years and I rarely miss a day. I have had muscle pain but only at the very beginning or if I am trying a new tape using new positions. I guess you should just listen to your body and if your muscles are sore or something doesn't feel right, give them a rest.

I rest every Sunday for the most part, but that's my preference. It's just like Merritt says, though, you need to listen to your own body. Oxycise is safe even doing it 7 days a week, so do what feels comfortable for you.
